Actually the people did not. It took pepper spray to elderly women and rubber bullets to protesters, as well as pregnant women wrongfully arrested in their pajamas and all people threatened with no medical care, no job, and no life, if they refused to take their poisonous drug.
Most of this was not publicized by the mainstream media and all of our other options were CENSORED.

It does not seem to me to be "nit-picking" when I say that "failure" is the wrong word to use. It implies that there was an initial attempt. I believe the proper term would be "refusal". as they had no desire to explore either the numbers or causes.
At the end of the day the TGA like all Gov departments across all tiers are privately owned corporations masquerading as legitimate government. Conflicts of interest in the medico/vaccine/foundations cohort of companies is extensive and beyond ridiculous to say the least. We cannot fix this system. It's perfect for what it is - a dizzyingly deadly hamster wheel of patients & profit. New medical paradigm required pronto. No more white coats up on pedestals!
