Any public announced black box labelling, cannot be done (even as a pretence for purely public perception), because then it changes the rules that apply, which means that Pfizer and co become liable for injuries etc because of fraudulent claims that these were "vaccines", not what they actually are- genetic modification therapies. They only agreed to use their manufacturing methods, distribution channels, etc, under immunity from liability, which only comes under vaccine manufacturing rules.

My retrospective analysis of VAERS finds higher normalized frequency for death adverse event. These values are additive when two COVID-19 vaccines are coadministered. The frequencies are also elevated for multiple lots; Moderna has one lot with roughly 68% mortality. Onset is highest for the first 48 hours - but reporting bias needs to be considered. Most likely manufacturing contamination (e.g., endotoxins) are a like causative agent. Queue Dr. Geoff Pain - see his posts on endotoxins. Those products should not have a black box warning. That warning would apply to products that are legally brought to market.
