Attorney General of Texas is suing Pfizer for "false, deceptive and misleading acts and practices"......let's hope "Science will win".

Pfizer at New York headquarters proudly displays the message “Science Will Win”. Let us all pray this will come to pass.

Australian journalist Adam Creighton reported in the Australian Newspaper Dec 19 23 that “On the last day of November Texas launched extraordinary legal proceedings that could have wide-ranging political ramifications across the developed world.

Following a lengthy state investigation, Republican Attorney-General Ken Paxton sued pharmaceutical giant Pfizer for “false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices” related to its Covid-19 vaccines. “

Other excerpts:

“Pfizer appears to have exaggerated the effectiveness of its vac­cines, making unfounded claims that routinely were parroted by governments, health officials and much of the mainstream media.”

“Remember “95 per cent effective”? According to Texas, “0.85 per cent effective” would have been a more accurate sales pitch. Pfizer ran one large clinical trial in 2020 to obtain emergency authorisation from the US Food and Drug Administration, which then green-lit the rollout. About 22,000 people were given a placebo and another 22,000 two shots of Pfizer’s Covid vaccine, and the results recorded two months later.” 

“In the placebo group 162 people developed symptomatic Covid-19, but only eight in the vaccinated group, which is how the “95 per cent effective” was calculated. Yet according to the US Food and Drug Administration’s own guidelines this “relative risk reduction” measure is misleading and should at least be accompanied by the “absolute risk reduction”, which in this case was 0.85 per cent (0.9 per cent risk of contracting Covid-19 without vaccination, minus 0.04 per cent with).”

“To anyone paying attention to daily life, all of this should have been obvious. Far more people died from or with Covid-19 in 2021 than in 2020, despite an overwhelming number of people in the developed world, especially those in at-risk groups, having been vaccinated by then.

“Indeed, by the end of 2021, official government reports showed that in at least some places a greater percentage of the vaccinated were dying from Covid-19 than the unvaccinated,” the Texas petition says.”

Unfortunately, Adam Creighton seems to be a lonely voice in the wilderness when it comes to Covid…….most other journalists are nowhere to be seen.

MORE ON THE WHO INTERNATIONAL DISEASE CODES (IDCs)

Here is what the WHO says about its global system of classification of diseases and adverse events:

“ICD serves a broad range of uses globally and provides critical knowledge on the extent, causes and consequences of human disease and death worldwide via data that is reported and coded with the ICD. Clinical terms coded with ICD are the main basis for health recording and statistics on disease in primary, secondary and tertiary care, as well as on cause of death certificates. These data and statistics support payment systems, service planning, administration of quality and safety, and health services research. Diagnostic guidance linked to categories of ICD also standardizes data collection and enables large scale research.

For more than a century, the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) has been the basis for comparable statistics on causes of mortality and morbidity between places and over time. Originating in the 19^th century, the latest version of the ICD, ICD-11, was adopted by the 72^nd World Health Assembly in 2019 and came into effect on 1^st January 2022.”   

A number of amendments were made with the advent of COVID-19. It all looks very impressive. It sure looks like the WHO is trying its very best to report disease incidence and serious adverse reactions in relation to COVID-19. But are they really trying their best to record adverse reactions to the COVID “vaccines”? Look what a medical coder whistleblower says about what really happened during COVID-19 in hospitals.

The whistleblower says that there was no way to report Covid vaccine injuries.  That is the way the system was apparently designed. Instead vaccine injuries were reported as symptoms of the Covid-19 disease.

So……the list of strategies to minimise Covid-19 “vaccine” injury reporting could be summarised to include:

• lack of transparency of adverse drug reaction reporting systems (ADRs)

• making it difficult to report or retrieve data from ADRs

• threatening doctors if the government narrative on vaccination is not followed

• relying on the under reporting factor to minimise reporting

• keeping data secret (using the argument of “Commercial-In-Confidence”

• destroying clinical trial placebo groups, delaying in reporting deaths

• ban on mainstream media reporting serious adverse reactions and deaths

• blocking Freedom of Information requests, redacting critical information

• classification of serious adverse reactions and deaths within 14 days of injection as “unvaccinated”

• classification of people dying with serious underlying co-morbidities who are Covid PCR positive as a “Covid death”

• Use of inappropriate IDC codes

The Australian TGA still claims only 14 Covid-19 vaccine deaths “linked” to the shots and no childhood deaths.
