declares under oath that MHRA (Medicines and Health Regulatory Authority) issued a RED FLAG WARNING 🚩 about MIDAZOLAM leading to DEATH 3 months before he testified that Derek Dimmock was KILLED by it, at the Royal Trinity Hospice:

“..it says ‘reminder of risk of potential fatal respiratory repression, and this was issued in March 2020, in other words 3 months before Del was admitted to the RTH. It says ‘health care professionals are advised to only prescribe if there is no alternative, and only at low doses’ as it could lead to ‘death’. It goes on, in relation to Midazolam to say, ‘it is advised that flumazonil is available when Midazolam is used, to reverse the affects if possible. To who does this warning apply..”
Witness under oath, Prof. Ahmedzai:
“..this is essentially a red flag to all practitioners, it would absolutely apply to everybody in the palliative care world, we’d known about this for quite some time, I don’t know why it took so long for the MHRA to issue this warning. And saying ‘we do this all the time’ is missing the point, it is the fact that you do this all the time that is CAUSING THE DEATHS.”

It was used on me, in suburban sydney.

How could ANY vaccine be safe and effective let alone novel mRNA when abundant world leading official evidence revealled over the last 2 years is quite overwhelming no on died from a novel pathogen in 2020? When it comes to the events of Spring 2020 and what happened BEFORE the jab rollout i find no one 'speaking out' is remotely interested in promoting or dissecting this factual evidence instead the obession over jab harms and thus legitimising the original pandemic claim itself continues.

As per the NSW Forensic & Analytical Science Service document Nov. 2021, entitled "Forensic Medicine Clinical Standard – Management of Deaths in Proximity to COVID-19 Vaccination" (page 2 of 14) it states:
"Definitions:
(i) Death in proximity to COVID-19 immunisation:
The Ministry of Health, COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Expert Panel, reviewed the current definition of deaths in temporal relationship to COVID immunisation and determined that the initially ascribed period of deaths within 6 weeks of immunisation is no longer applicable. AEFI to any immunisation is notifiable conditions under the NSW Public Health Act irrespective of timeframe since immunisation. Deaths occurring in proximity to COVID-19 immunisation referrable to the Coroner may include:
• Deaths following suspected AEFI or AESI;
• Any condition following COVID-19 vaccination where there is suspicion of vaccine attribution
requiring hospitalisation;
• Unusual clinical presentations in proximity to vaccination raise potential vaccine safety concerns,
for example, toxic epidermal necrolysis, necrotising myocarditis......"
So, ANY vax deaths from the period of day zero (vax date) up to 6 weeks later, was no longer applicable. Deaths in proximity to vax were referrable to Coroner. NB. FOI 25-0047 shows 35 vax deaths reported to TGA DAEN on day zero - vax date. 52% of vax deaths under this FOI occurred within 3 weeks of the vax date. Causal proximity no less.
Its even worse if you get a 'dose' covertly now - complete denial and referral to mental health services is all you get.
