The need to investigate the unexplained rise in Excess Deaths AND an important legal judgement on Vax mandates

By the narrowest of margins, the Australian Senate has acknowledged that there is a need to inquire into the unexplained Excess Deaths following the Covid-19 “vaccine” rollouts.  Senator Babet states in his United Party communication of today:

“My successful motion read as follows - The Senate acknowledges that: 

(a) the concerning number of excess deaths observed in Australia in 2021 and 2022 has continued into 2023 as evidenced by all-cause provisional mortality data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics; and 

(b) there is a need for further inquiry as to the reasons for these excess deaths. 

The majority of senators agreed with my motion with 31 supporting and 30 opposing. To the best of my knowledge, this is the first time any parliament in the world has admitted that excess deaths are worthy of inquiry. 

But can you believe this? The Labor Party and the Greens actually voted against my motion. Imagine a government not interested in why so many of their fellow Australians are dying! 

The motion passed by just 1 vote. It got up largely due to the support of cross benchers Senator Lidia Thorpe, Senator David Pocock, Senator Tammy Tyrrell and Senator Jaquie Lambie.”

While the successful motion does not guarantee an inquiry, it is an important step to possibly establishing such an inquiry going forward.  The Greens and Labor voted against the motion and are not interested in investigating why so many people are dying…….so much for their claimed humanitarian credentials.  They are a joke.

LANDMARK QUEENSLAND SUPREME COURT DECISION ON VAX MANDATES

Senator Babet and Clive Palmer should be congratulated in for their persistence in opposing mandatory Covid vaccination in relation to Police, ambulance and health care workers.  Lawyer Peter Fam is celebrating.

Senator Babet said: “In the landmark ruling in favour of police and ambulance workers, the Court declared that the Police Commissioner’s direction issued on 7 September 2021 and 14 December 2021 were unlawful under section 58 of the Human Rights Act 2019.”

Let the resignations begin for those who senselessly imposed damaging vaccine mandates without credible scientific supporting evidence and in breach of basic human rights.

THE USUAL SUSPECTS COME OUT CLAIMING THE DEATHS AND ADVERSE EFFECTS ARE “RARE”

There is now a shift occurring in the Covid-19 “vaccine” adverse event narrative.  Both Dr. Nick Coatsworth and Dr. Norman Swan are now pushing the narrative that the serious adverse events are “rare”.  They are saying that when the government said these injections were “safe”, they really didn’t mean to be taken literally.  The problem is that this nuance was lost on the public.

The serious adverse events are not rare….they are just under reported by anywhere between 40x to 100x and being reflected in millions of unexplained Excess Deaths worldwide.  My readers are well acquainted with the evidence.

I’m not sure how long the senior health bureaucrats and politicians can avoid the obvious…..these Covid “vaccines” are associated with an unprecedented level of adverse events and death and there are growing calls for a withdrawal of these products.
