WHAT HAPPENED TO INFORMED CONSENT?
What were you told?
Informed Consent prior to medical treatment is not optional - it is mandatory. It is mandatory by the Nuremberg Code (Brighthope Substack 15 Sept. CLICK HERE), it is mandatory under the Code of Conduct for Doctors in Australia, it is mandatory under the Australian Immunisation Handbook and it is mandatory according to the Australian Health Professionals Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
Before COVID, the official AHPRA position on Informed Consent was as follows:
"“Good medical practice: A code of conduct for doctors in Australia provides guidance to medical practitioners. Informed consent is a key element of good medical practice. A medical practitioner must obtain informed consent before undertaking an examination or providing treatment, including providing vaccines. The immunisation legislation does not mandate vaccinations and consent is still required.”
However, AFTER THE COVID-19 VACCINES WERE RELEASED doctors were advised by APHRA in writing as follows: “"Any promotion of anti-vaccination statements or health advice which contradicts the best available scientific evidence or seeks to actively undermine the national immunisation campaign (including via social media) is not supported by National Boards and may be in breach of the codes of conduct and subject to investigation and possible regulatory action". (AHPRA Position Statement dated 9 March 2021)
If health practitioners did provide information on an individual's actual risk with COVID, the potential risks of the COVID vaccinations and any alternative options, the concern was that this would be considered to constitute “anti-vaccination” advice thus undermining 'the national immunisation campaign'. Doctors would be placing their licence to practice at risk if informed consent was provided.
INFORMED CONSENT INCLUDED IN THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOR DOCTORS IN AUSTRALIA

NEW INFORMED CONSENT IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA USA
The State of Florida in the US has now issued a COVID vaccine INFORMED CONSENT document.
This document contains elements of informed consent (but not all in my opinion) . At the very minimum, an informed consent document similar to this should be used by all Australian doctors now. If they do not, in my opinion, they are liable for injury and potential death caused by the COVID-19 “vaccines”.
If it were up to me…….I would add the following to the Florida Informed Consent:
“The COVID-19 vaccines are classified as a gene-based therapeutics which carry special increased risks as compared to conventional vaccines. This type of vaccine has never been employed prior to the COVID-19 “pandemic” for vaccination. There is no long-term safety data to support their use. Data to support the safety of newer versions of the COVID-19 vaccines/boosters is based largely on testing in small numbers of mice . These injections have not been shown to prevent infection or transmission of infection or prevent serious disease or hospitalisation due to COVID-19. Following the release of these injections there has been an unexplained sharp increase in the number of unexplained non-COVID adverse cardiovascular (eg. heart attack and stroke), neurological (eg. dementias), thrombolytic (clotting) and immunological events. These events may be caused directly by the COVID-19 “vaccine”. Vigorous exercise following injection has been reported to cause sudden death. If you are injured by this vaccine, compensation will be extremely limited because the manufacturer takes no responsibility for the safety of the product and is completely indemnified against any claims.”

Seems to me that this should be added also:
"The manufacturing of the mRNA has resulted in many contaminants such as endotoxins, fragments of Simian Virus 40, e-coli and other toxins and has not been subject to any of the usual quality and compliance control checks. Neither the manufactures of the mRNA doses or the regulator have had prior experience of ensuring or testing for the quality of the doses made in large volumes which are an experimental gene modification treatment.
Thanks for the update on informed consent for Covid vaccination in Florida, Phillip, this is interesting.
In my opinion, there has been no valid consent for Covid-19 vaccination in Australia, because the population has been misinformed about the threat of ‘Covid-19’, and has been pressured, coerced, manipulated, and even mandated to submit to the Covid-19 injections.
I lay much of the blame for this dire situation at the feet of the medical profession - doctors, nurses, pharmacists and others should have said “We can’t do this, we can’t vaccinate under coercion, under mandates”. But they didn’t they say this… In the main, they went along with the Australian and state/territory governments’ mass population vaccination rollout without question.
This is a massive scandal which has resulted in the theft of personal autonomy and bodily integrity in a supposedly free country.
