The huge difference is, folks today have learned NOT to trust their government which is one reason why you won't find info on WWII in German public education or accept the idea that Roosevelt knew beforehand of Pearl Harbor but needed the Americans to 'get involved,' nor that the Twin Towers was an inside job - 1. To get us unto yet another war this time, the Middle East (over oil) and 2. gave them the opportunity to destroy all the FBI and CIA databases which were stored in Building 3, blocks away from the Towers and undisturbed by debris. Times are definitely 'not the same' because now, we' understand we're ALL mere collateral damage, going to the highest bidder. You might want to also ponder why the military is having such difficulty recruiting however that too might be part of the Big Reset - having the illegals do it instead by waiving any and all citizenship requirements. I don't trust, believe, or expect, anything good, healthy or productive from the 'government' and I'm far from being alone.

Very powerful. I’ve learnt over the past 3 years that the bigger the Government gets, it becomes like an enormous steam rolling machine that just rolls over everyone/thing in its path. A conglomeration of noise, hot air and screeching platitudes, dressed up in a moth eaten “democratic” jacket where bureaucrats stay out of site in the thousands of cogs which drive it and the so called elected politicians can’t and won’t hear us, as they wander the halls of the state and federal parliaments which sit atop this cancerous bureaucratic monolith. Democracy? Dead. Freedom? Dead. Manipulate, demonise, gas light, destroy, abuse, disappear and kill all opposition? Alive and well… Sigh

Add Bush eliminated border security; Obama destroyed national pride, weakened the military, spit on the flag, lied from Day One, biden stole the election, defunded the police, ignored the non-stop southern flood of illegals, supported woke ignorance and communism by destroying capitalism and our independence, as well as promoted censorship, still working on banning guns and actually banning our Constitution entirely which he's stated as being 'fraudulent' to begin with and introduced 'Bideneconomics' helping to destroy America from within, ruined any and all cooperative relationships with who used to be our allies, has probably the CIA deliberately destroying the American infrastructure, sells the American soul to the CCP, encouraged the death vax and is planning the next version as I write.
