Just commenting in case this helps anyone Phillip..I wasn't able to 'like' or access the 'comment' area without seeing a 'Page not found' error or Age Verification required since Dec 10th when the new laws came into effect. I was definitely not going to comply with this no matter what. I tried to contact someone at Substack but only found the frustratingly annoying Substack chatbot :(
Eventually I found this email address: privacy@substackinc.com and advised them that I have a credit card attached to my account which Substack had publicly indicated would automatically be verified. After a few days I was notified (by a human lol) that the Age Verification requirement had been removed from my account and that no further action was required.
Unfortunately, RCR and ACA are missing a key understanding of what a digital ID actually is and are providing poor advice. Digital ID (Digital Identity) is your online identity that is made up of biometric data such as face photos, fingerprints, iris scans and voice recordings all tied to a unique number along with all of your account information (banks, utilities, internet etc). By giving any organisation an alternate photo ID (drivers license/passport) you are effectively providing them your biometric data to build your digital identity! You do not want this. If you consent to providing an alternate ID please use a non-photographic ID along with supporting documentation e.g. birth cert + utility bill (refer to 100 point identity check documents). Otherwise do not comply.
Thank you for all the information and knowledge that you share Phillip; it is so much appreciated. I'd like to wish you and your loved ones a happy Christmas and a positive and fruitful 2026. Wishing all the followers on here a great Christmas and a safe and happy new year also.
Just a thought: Before WWII, the subjects (not just of the crown, but also their civilian government) of the UK gave up their weapons, much as Australian subjects have done. During WWII, the UK's Home Guard, a civilian militia of elderly men and others who were unable to serve in the military for various reasons, was tasked with providing security in the UK from Nazi infiltrators, spies, and even insurrectionists (Nazi sympathizers mostly, IIRC). Since private ownership of arms had pretty much been forbidden save for a few shotguns and the odd hunting rifle, the Home Guard was basically unarmed. In spite of their assigned duties, they were legally prevented from possessing firearms, as they were civilians. The British government was able to purchase a large number of military grade rifles and machine guns via a deal with Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and did supply the Home Guard with some of those (some also going to the owners of factories that supplied the war effort - and some of the protectors of the "elite") but America also came to the rescue via donations of thousands of guns owned by private citizens.
Since Australians allowed their government to ban and confiscate their personal firearms, they are (at least currently) unable to significantly resist the mounting, and draconian, tyranny being inflicted upon them. Your government will only get worse, as I have neither read nor heard, anywhere in history, of a government giving up its control in the least, once assumed. Perhaps there will be a time when Australians will require the generosity of Americans as the UK's Home Guard did. The smuggling of such to your shores might become a semi-honorable profession again, as international smuggling has in the past. If this were to actually take place, I sincerely hope Australians would not allow a repeat of their disarmament.
For those who will claim Australia's military (who we saw respond against peaceful protestors during the Covid hoax) would easily deal with a few thousand armed Australian patriots, I suggest you research the uprising in the Warsaw Ghetto during WWII. A handful of men with only a few firearms, and mostly no training, were able to hold off the German army for almost a month. Australian men and women with training - military, law enforcement, or private - would fare even better than those brave souls in Warsaw, I am certain, and just might be able to regain their freedom. (Don’t forget that drones are operated from a relatively few locations, potentially accessible by those who need to do so. The same with aircraft.)
The supplier of such weapons of defence from an ever increasing threat our treasonous major political parties represent, will soon be widely recognised as heroic
Thank you Phillip. Whilst living in NZ currently, I lived for 40 plus years in Sydney and Asia. Katie keeps us informed via RCR. Appreciate your work. Festive greetings to you and your beloved ones.

Thank you Phillip for your valuable contribution to the truth and exposing the lies
I have written a song regarding the digital id. It’s called the Gate Keepers ID Screen

Thanks for the info and the link for Issue 21 The light, always a great read.
Thank you Phillip for all your work. Merry Christmas and love to you and Juanita. Rosie
Yes but why does this require an email address to access? Wouldn't a download suffice?
