The session last evening was so nourishing and affirming . Yes also confronting which made it even more interesting . So good to know that Aseem and Kara were well cared for....being a" low carb'er "is the most helpful action I have taken for my health in the past 3 years. And how good is butter !

Please see the research cited and discussed at: https://vitamindstopscovid.info/00-evi/ and in an article at Brownstone.org I wrote with Simon Goddeck: https://brownstone.org/articles/vitamin-d-everything-you-need-to-know/ - and pass this message on to to Dr Malhotra.

Most people - especially most doctors - cannot imagine the awful reality that the great majority of the population has only 1/10 to one half of the circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D their immune system needs to produce strong innate and adaptive responses to cancer cells, bacteria, fungi and viruses and to reduce the chances of the excessive inflammation which causes the great majority of auto-immune disorders.

See the Boston hospital research which shows the rate of post-operative infections rising drastically from 2.5% for both hospital-acquired infections and for surgical site infections when the pre-operative 25-hydroxyvitamin D level is 50 ng/mL or more, the further this level is below 50 ng/mL. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamasurgery/fullarticle/1782085 Mean 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels around 20 ng/mL - which is normal for people in most non-equatorial countries, who do not supplement vitamin D3 properly and who have not had significant recent UV-B skin exposure - raise the risk of postoperative infection a factor of 10 to 25%, again for each of hospital-acquired infections and surgical site infections.

Without sufficient 25-hydroxyvitamin D, many types of immune cell cannot properly run their intracrine (inside each cell) and paracrine (to nearby cells) signaling systems. These are unrelated to hormonal signaling. They enable each cell to respond to its changing circumstances.

The COVID-19 so-called vaccines (the Novavax one is a vaccine) would not be necessary if everyone had at least 50 ng/mL 125 nmol/L levels of circulating 35-hydroxyvitamin D - enough for their immune systems to work properly. This would greatly reduce severity and death for those infected by SARS-CoV-2 and, more importantly, reduce average levels of viral shedding to the point well below that required for pandemic transmission. So many fewer people would be infected.

To many people, especially doctors, this sounds too simple to be true. However the research is very clear.

The combination of this proper vitamin D3 supplementation, and early treatment with ivermectin and other non-patented, genuinely safe and effective, drugs and nutritional supplements would mean that the spread of COVID-19 would be very limited and the amount of harm it caused would be far too low to warrant lockdowns, mass "vaccinations" etc.

Thank You. Delightful to hear you hosted these special people. Offering a personal touch to others within "our" community ensures people are well cared for and feel valued, while being protected on their travels!

Whilst this is no time to be silent, it's a whole other thing to have one's name broadcast across the internet. I really feel for Dr Malhotra and all he went through to reach his epiphany, via the loss of his dear father. In many respects, it's so much harder for those of us indoctrinated with the lies from our vaccine lectures - lies of omission cannot be undone once you know of them. The awakening comes as both insult and betrayal.

These are challenging times for professionals to speak their opinion. A mark of courage, to stand for the betterment of humankind, despite deprecation.

Much thanks to you all for this ever-welcome tour down-under.

I watched Dr. Malhotra being interviewed on Outsiders last Sunday and was annoyed and miffed that Roan Dean acted like Dr. Malhotra's antagonist. It was fantastic that Outsiders gave Dr. Malhotra the airtime, but it seemed like Dr. Malhotra was on the "backfoot" defending his evidence. In my opinion Roan didn't him a "fair go" especially in light of all the factual truth spilling forth!

It was also great to hear Professor Clancy speak on immunology among other things at Cammeray to the medical audience.
