An urgent push for Prosecutions of these people is required to stop this happening again because as it stands it appears that the same people who pushed the Covid pandemic have moved now to planning and pushing a new pandemic!

Yes, punishment is absolutely necessary:

They are _still_ pushing that crap on children, even now. Horrifying.

Great, Phillip.

Scott Morrison seemed rather ideological about vaccines in general … possibly also a good candidate for an Australian version of Fauci?

Note also another legal avenue, which is false advertising of a pharmaceutical: The Australian Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, Section 32BL. According to the Public Assessment Reports, the TGA evidently did not approve any of the three genetic covid injections for the use of preventing transmission, and yet we were exhorted to help build vaccine-induced herd immunity and to protect grannie. I haven’t yet noticed a ‘good faith’ get-out clause in that legislation. Is there one?

The Australian Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 is contravened if a person advertises a 'biological' (such as a genetic covid injection) that is 'included in the Register' (these injections were included), for an indication (such as preventing transmission) that is not accepted ...

Section 32BL 'Civil penalty for advertising biological for an indication'

A person contravenes this section if:

(a) the person, by any means, advertises a biological for an indication; and

(b) the biological is included in the Register; and

(c) the indication is not an indication accepted in relation to that inclusion.

Similar cases should be presented in all Australian states; not just for state premiers but also those who advised them. Australia is a confederated nation - this was/is a national tragedy that must be addressed legally.

Yes. Premiers and their Health Ministers. It was up to them to seek and accept advice. This was politicians seeming to act as the marketing arm of a bunch of self-seeking entities all recklessly bundled together on the top of a bandwagon, including pharmaceutical companies

We are followers not leaders. The bureaucracy is in cahoots with Big Pharma. The style of government that we have inherited was that which put out the Eureka torch. It will repress dissent and gaol the whistle blowers. When push comes to shove its easier to merge back into the scrub. This is the Australia that we have become. I reflect up the fact that my great grandfathers were signatories to the Eureka petition and will seek to follow their example. We need leaders like Peter Lalor. Unfortunately, we have to put up with rabbits. I like the forthright approach of Phillip Altman.

Who (which authority), will lead the prosecution we so definitely need?

This is a really good point. I would like to know this too! Someone always seems to need ‘standing’. I hope someone answers your question.

Monica is an absolulte treasure to Australia, I admire her motivation, courage, bravery and go get them attitude. Daniel Andrews is the first in line to be prosecuted, he recently paid out a settlement for hitting the boy on the bike, who is left with life long health issues. Police bypassed all normal protocols in an accident, he was never even breathalized or charged.

What galls me is that these so called “leaders” were awarded the highest national honours for their service to humanity during the pandemic - gaslighting on steroids imho.

In answer to your question, "Should those responsible for harmful mandated experimental injections and lockdowns go unpunished?” Let me put it to you this way, by asking,...

Should we just turn a blind eye, look the other way and let off Scott free, murderers, perjurers and other offenders who seriously harm people, by NOT pursuing them and prosecuting them? Hardly! Certainly NOT in a civilised society!

What sort of Law can possibly justify, differing to any extent, one offender from another before the Law? The Law of the Jungle is in effect once a society reaches that stage!

Yes, she has my eternal admiration. This had never occurred to me. Brilliant! These criminal types have the rage of millions coming for them. One way or the other, there will be no peace for these mass murderers, and, no, this will not just go away. We will be pushing until we see the gallows, thank you very much.

Isaiah 59:14-16 KJV

And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor:

It really is a disgrace that not only are our politicians not discussing this in the lead up to the election, but that our judiciary have not picked up on the Dr. Melissa Mccann case and done a full exposure. At that court case, counsel representing the TGA told the judge that the TGA owed the Australian public no duty of care. Why on earth do we pay them? Oh, perhaps they are getting enough from their benefactors, Pfizer, Moderna and Astra Zeneca, who for reasons that I’m sure are simply “coincidental”, gave the TGA $45 million during the last 3 or 4 years. Meanwhile, at my weekly Forest of the Fallen displays on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, it is astonishing that so many members of the public still have no knowledge of the deaths and suffering that so many of our fellow Australians have endured. It is hard to believe that the cover up has been so effective.

Well done Monica Smit, you are an Australian hero! All these monsters should be held accountable. At the same time we must remember that the 'expert health advice' was almost completely wrong.
