There is a Human Rights Act not a mere Bill, in Queensland and I would say there would have to be some kind of breach of human rights for at least Queenslanders, in the shutting down and destruction of samples. Maybe I better study human rights law, as no one seems to using this legislation. Even the police in Qld were unable to get action for over a year based on the Police Commissioners transgression of this Act. But they won in the end, I note.
